1050 transformer aluminum strip foil belongs to pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of more than 99.5%. 1050 aluminum strip has the characteristics of high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but it has low strength, not strengthened by heat treatment, poor machinability, and can be accepted for gas welding, argon arc welding and spot welding. 1050 – O/HO aluminum foil strip is mainly used for dry type and oil-immersed transformer winding. The thickness ranges of 1050 aluminum foil strip for transformer from 0.2mm to 3.00mm and width ranges from 10mm to 1500mm.
