1060 transformer aluminum strip foil belongs to pure aluminum, with an aluminum content of more than 99.6%. The electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of aluminum are only lower than those of conventional metals such as copper; the electrical conductivity of metals are: silver, copper, gold, aluminum, nickel, steel. Since the price of copper is much higher than aluminum, aluminum strip is currently the most commonly used and ideal transformer material. 1060 transformer aluminum strip has good elongation, plasticity, corrosion resistance, high conductivity and heat dissipation; but the strength is low, heat treatment cannot be strengthened, and the machinability is not good; can use gas welding, hydrogen atom welding, contact welding, not easy to braze; easy to withstand various pressure processing, deep drawing, stretching and bending. Transformer aluminum strips are divided into different grades, specifications, and tempers according to their uses. 1060 O/HO transformer aluminum strip foil is mainly used as conductive material for high and low voltage windings of dry-type transformers.
Flait Aluminum is a professional manufacturer of aluminum strips for transformers. We have multiple aluminum strip slitting production lines, and can customize the width and length of aluminum strips according to customer requirements. The 1060 O/HO transformer aluminum strip foil has a smooth surface without scratches, and the edge chamfer can reach 100% without burrs, resistivity and conductivity are better than the national and industry standards for transformers.
