3003 aluminum alloy has higher strength than 1100 aluminum alloy. This makes the 3003 alloy more resistant in the face of greater wind pressure or other external forces.
In addition, due to the addition of copper and manganese elements, 3003 aluminum alloy has better corrosion resistance than 1100 aluminum alloy. This makes Alloy 3003 advantageous in curtain wall applications exposed to high humidity or corrosive environments. Finally, there is a difference in price between them.
