130/155 class polyester enameled aluminum (copper) round wire

Enameled aluminum (copper) round wire is a wire made of electrical round aluminum rod or oxygen-free copper rod after die drawing and annealing treatment of required specifications. It is equipped with insulating paint of required temperature resistance level according to customer requirements. It is a kind of electromagnetic wire widely used in motors, transformers and electronic equipment.

Polyester paint is a commonly used insulating paint with good mechanical properties, electrical properties and moisture resistance, but relatively poor heat resistance and solvent resistance. 130/155 class refers to the temperature resistance grade of enameled wire, which indicates the maximum temperature it can withstand during long-term work.

 Among them, class 130 corresponds to grade B in the international standard, and the maximum working temperature is 130℃. Class 155 corresponds to grade F in the international standard, and the maximum working temperature is 155℃.

◆ Good mechanical strength: It can withstand certain tension and bending, and is convenient for winding coils.

◆ Good electrical performance: It has good insulation performance, can effectively isolate current, and ensure safe operation of equipment.

◆ Good moisture resistance: It is not easily affected by humid environment and can work in a certain humidity environment.

◆ Moderate price: Compared with other high-performance enameled wires, the price of polyester enameled wire is more economical and cost-effective.

◆ Easy processing: The polyester paint film is relatively soft and easy to wind and weld.

It should be noted that although polyester enameled wire has better mechanical strength and electrical properties and has certain heat resistance, its wear resistance and solvent resistance are slightly poor. Working in an environment exceeding its rated temperature for a long time will still cause insulation aging and damage. 130/155 grade polyester enameled aluminum round wire is not suitable for use on high-efficiency motors.
