The Introduction of 130/155 class polyester enamelled aluminum (copper) rectangular wire

Enameled aluminum (copper) rectangular wire is made by drawing metals such as copper or aluminum into the required round wire, then drawing or extruding it into a rectangular shape through a die, annealing and softening, and evenly coating the surface with one or more layers of insulating varnish, and then baking and other processes. Compared with common round enameled wires, rectangular wires have a larger surface area and a higher filling factor, which gives it unique advantages in certain applications.

Polyester varnish is a commonly used insulating varnish with good mechanical properties, electrical properties and moisture resistance, but relatively poor heat resistance and solvent resistance. Class 130/155 refers to the temperature resistance grade of the enameled wire, indicating the maximum temperature it can withstand during long-term work.

Among them, class 130 corresponds to grade B in the international standard, with a maximum operating temperature of 130°C. Class 155 corresponds to grade F in the international standard, with a maximum operating temperature of 155°C.
