180 class polyesterimide enameled aluminum (copper) rectangular wire is a special enameled wire resistant to high temperatures, and its conductor cross section is rectangular. It is made by drawing metals such as copper or aluminum into the required round wire, then drawing or extruding it into a rectangular shape through a die, and annealing and softening it. One or more layers of polyesterimide paint are evenly coated on the surface, and then processed by baking and other processes. Compared with common round enameled wires, rectangular wires have a larger surface area and a higher filling factor.

Polyesterimide paint is a high-performance insulating paint with excellent heat resistance, electrical properties and mechanical properties.
