3003 aluminum plate is also known as 3003 anti rust aluminum plate, is a typical Al Mn alloy. The aluminum content accounts for about 98% and the manganese content is about 1.0-1.6. The strength of 3003 aluminum plate is higher than that of 1060 aluminum plate. 3003 aluminum plate has excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, processability and strength. It is a commonly used aluminum alloy material, widely used in the manufacture of food, chemicals, fuel tanks, pipelines and other fields. The more common annealing tempers of 3003 aluminum plates are H24 and H14. The common points of 3003 H24 aluminum plates and 3003 H14 aluminum plates are: 90 degree bending does not crack, both are 3003 alloys, tensile strength, elongation, corrosion resistance are basically the same, and the surface treatment process is not much different.
The hardness of aluminum plate is affected by many factors, such as the alloy composition of aluminum plate, cold working treatment method, natural aging time, etc. “H” indicates the cold working hardening condition, while the subsequent numbers indicate different degrees and types of cold working hardening.
