3003 aluminum plate/3003 aluminum coil belongs to the AL-Mn series alloy, which is the most widely used anti-rust aluminum.
The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, so cold working methods are used to improve its mechanical properties: high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity during semi-cold work hardening, low plasticity during cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability, and poor machinability.

The homogenizing annealing temperature is 590~620℃, the hot rolling temperature is 480~520℃, the extrusion temperature is 320~480℃, the typical annealing temperature is 413℃, air cooling.
1) Complete annealing: heating to 390~430℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30~120min; cooling in the furnace to 300℃ at a speed of 30~50℃/h, and then air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: Heating at 350~370℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30~120min; air or water cooling.
3) Quenching and aging: quenching at 500~510℃, air cooling; artificial aging at 95~105℃, 3h, air cooling; natural aging at room temperature for 120h.
Corrosion resistance: The corrosion resistance of 3003 aluminum alloy is very good, close to the corrosion resistance of industrial pure aluminum, and has good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere, fresh water, sea water, food, organic acids, gasoline, neutral inorganic salt water solutions, etc., the corrosion resistance in dilute acid is also very good.
In the cold deformation state, 3003 aluminum alloy has a tendency of spalling corrosion. The greater the deformation, the more serious the spalling. Since the color is uneven after anodizing, anodizing is generally not performed.
