Aluminum brazing sheet coil strip is a sheet composed of multiple layers of material, usually including metal layers of different alloys, which are bonded together by brazing technology, so that the advantages of different alloys can be fully utilized while meeting the requirements of high thermal conductivity and Corrosion resistance requirements. Due to this characteristic, it is often used in automobiles, construction machinery, power stations and household commercial air conditioning heat exchange systems and other applications that require high heat transfer and corrosion resistance.
4343/3003/7072 aluminum brazing plates are a typical application in brazed composite materials, often used as radiator fins. Radiators are generally composed of heat pipes, fins, side plates and motherboards. The fins are evenly arranged in sequence. This structure allows different types of metal layers to have different characteristics, such as high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, to adapt to specific working conditions. Among them, 3003 aluminum is used as the core material, 4343 aluminum is used as brazing clad for CAB, and 7072 aluminum is used as the contact-water clad.
