5252 aluminum plate is a forged, non-heat treatable, rust-resistant aluminum plate. The 5252 aluminum sheet cannot improve its strength through heat treatment, but it has high plasticity and formability, and its strength can be improved through cold deformation. It also has good welding performance, good machinability in cold work hardening and semi-cold work hardening states, but poor machinability in annealed state and can be polished.
5252 aluminum sheet has good corrosion resistance, good oxidation coloring effect, good metal texture and metal hardness. Therefore, it is usually used in fields requiring high oxidation effect and metallic texture, such as automotive decorations, mobile phone cases, and air-conditioning cases.
