5454 Aluminum sheet plate is an aluminum-magnesium alloy with a magnesium content of 2.4-3.0%. 5454 aluminum plate is a typical rust-proof aluminum plate, which can adapt to harsh corrosive environments, has high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability and formability. The strength of 5454 aluminum plate needs to be strengthened by cold working. The strength of 5454 aluminum sheet plate is about 20% higher than 5052. Its characteristics are similar to 5154, but the corrosion resistance of 5454 aluminum plate in harsh environments is better than 5154 aluminum plate.
The tanker body is generally made of 5454 aluminum plate, 5083 aluminum plate, etc. 5454 aluminum plate has all tempers including O, H32, H111, etc. 5454 aluminum plates are generally used in environments with high rust prevention requirements, such as marine facility pipelines, aluminum tank truck bodies, automobile wheels, etc.
