The transformer is composed of four parts: winding, iron core, oil tank and insulating bushing. Its main parts are the winding and the core (body). The winding is the circuit of the transformer, and the core is the magnetic circuit of the transformer. The two constitute the core of the transformer – the electromagnetic part. Transformer aluminum foil tape is the most important material for manufacturing transformer windings, which directly affects the quality of the transformer. Transformer aluminum strips are divided into different brands, specifications, and states according to diferent uses. Alloys include: 1060/1060A, 1050/1050A, 1070/1070A, 1350; Tempers is: O/HO. The thickness is between 0.08-3.00mm, and is also called: aluminum strip and foil for dry-type transformers.
1060 transformer aluminum strip foil is a special-purpose aluminum strip product produced for transformers. It uses a high-purity aluminum base material with an aluminum content of more than 99.60%. It is an aluminum deep-processed product formed by slitting aluminum coils. The raw material of the transformer aluminum strip is high-purity aluminum, which is rolled into thin aluminum coils of different thicknesses and widths by a cold rolling mill, and then longitudinally slit into aluminum strips of different widths by a slitting machine according to the use. The main processing equipment for 1060 transformer aluminum strip foil is the slitting unit, which can be divided into required lengths and widths as needed. Usually, transformer aluminum strips are cut into widths according to the actual needs of users, which can reduce waste materials and processing steps (no cutting required), save raw material costs.
Flait Aluminum is a professional transformer aluminum strip manufacturer. We have multiple aluminum strip slitting production lines. It can slit aluminum strips according to the width required by users. The surface is smooth and scratch-free, the edge chamfering can be 100% burr-free. The resistivity and conductivity are both better than national standards and industry standards for transformers. Mainly used in dry-type transformers, large transformers, solar energy, and power industries.
