Glass fiber coated polyester film copper (aluminum) wire, is first wrapped with polyester film on high-quality aluminum/copper conductor, and then wrapped with single and double glass fibers, and then impregnated with insulating varnish with the required temperature resistance index and baked to make the glass fibers, the glass fibers and the film, and the conductors bonded into a whole. The conductor shape of glass fiber coated polyester film copper (aluminum) wire can be divided into rectangular wire and round wire, with voltage breakdown resistance and temperature resistance classes of 130, 155, 180, and 200. It is widely used in the windings of reactors, transformers, motors or other similar electrical products.
