The Introduction of Glass Fiber Enameled Rectangular Copper/Aluminum Winding Wire

Glass fiber enameled rectangular copper/aluminum winding wire is made by wrapping 1-2 layers of alkali-free glass fiber evenly on the copper (aluminum) conductor according to customer requirements, and then impregnated and baked with insulating paint with the required heat resistance index and compatibility, so that the glass fibers and the glass fibers and the conductor are bonded into a whole. The heat resistance index of glass fiber enameled rectangular copper/aluminum winding wire has three classes: 130, 155, and 180, and the insulation thickness generally has four levels: 20, 30, 40, and 50. This product is widely used in the windings of transformers, electromagnets, electric welders or other similar electrical equipment products.

The glass fiber should be tightly and evenly wound on the conductor. The winding directions of the two layers of glass fiber of double glass fiber covered copper (aluminum) wire should be opposite. In addition, the insulation thickness of double glass fiber covered copper (aluminum) flat wire should comply with the requirements of the following table. The insulation thickness on the narrow side (B-b) is not evaluated.
