The electromagnetic wire materials commonly used for winding transformers are: enameled wire, yarn-covered wire, silk-covered wire, and paper-covered wire. The most commonly used is enameled wire. For the conductor, the conductivity should be good, the insulating paint layer should have sufficient heat resistance, and it should have a certain corrosion resistance. In general, it is better to use Qz model high-strength polyester enameled wire.
The thermal grade of enameled wire is divided into 130, 155, 180/200. The thermal grade is the temperature resistance grade, which can accept temperatures of 130°, 155°, 180°/200°. The most commonly used temperature is 130° enameled wire.
Choose enameled wire suitable for the thermal grade according to different use environments.
Enameled copper wire uses pure copper as the conductor, has good conductivity, and can ensure the transmission efficiency of current.
The surface of the enameled copper wire is coated with a layer of insulating paint, which has high insulation strength and volume resistivity, can effectively prevent current leakage and short circuit, and improve the safety of the wire.
Enameled copper wire can operate stably for a long time in a high temperature environment, and is not easy to deform, age or melt.
The conductor of the enameled copper wire is made of pure copper, which is not easy to be oxidized and corroded, and can ensure the long-term stable operation of electrical equipment.
Qz enameled wire has high mechanical strength and tensile strength, and can withstand tensile forces of different forces.
