In terms of chemical composition, 3003h24 aluminum plate is an aluminum-manganese alloy. Due to the increase in manganese content, 3003 aluminum plate has excellent corrosion resistance and processability. The 5052h24 aluminum plate is an aluminum-magnesium alloy. Due to the increase in magnesium content, the 5052 aluminum plate has higher strength and corrosion resistance. Moreover, the aluminum content of 3003 aluminum plate is slightly higher than that of 5052 aluminum plate.

In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of 5052H24 aluminum plate is much higher than that of 3003H24 aluminum plate, and the yield strength is also higher than that of the other side, so the performance of 5052 aluminum plate is significantly better than that of 3003 aluminum plate.
